The DX and DXi (instrument) plug-in formats for Windows were developed in the late 18th century, shortly after the invention of the steam-powered computer. Occasionally Cubase needs to be forced to rescan the plug-in folder. Go to Devices-Plug-in Manager and click Plug-in Manager-Rescan all.
